Xephar is a city in Fal'Rath that is split from Xaphus by a large chasm. Both cities are connected by a giant bridge.
History
Years ago, Xephar and Xaphus were one city, until a fissure literally ripped the town down the middle, forming the two cities that stand today.

Xephar is connected to Xaphus via a giant bridge with both sides having very distinct architecture from one another.

Culture
Xephar has a strong rivalry against Xaphus because both cities share a Culling. As such, only one city has the honour of having a Chosen picked each year. Both sides fight for Eden's favour in order to have a Chosen selected from their respective cities.
